How do I get a Tpad Telephone Number?
Simple, just create a Free Tpad Account and you will be sent an email with your unique personal 7 digit Tpad Telephone Number. With this number you can make and receive Free Calls by simply dialling your Friends Tpad Number in the Free Tpad Softphone.
What is the Tpad IN Service?
This is a brand new innovative service from Tpad that lets you receive calls anywhere in the World without the need for Broadband or even a PC. Your caller rings (from a normal phone) the Tpad IN Number for their country then when prompted they ring your personal Tpad Number. You can then forward this number to your landline / mobile. The best thing about this new service is that your caller will only pay for a local call and not an international call – therefore saving over 50% on all calls.
Can I have more than one Tpad number?
Yes, infact we encourage this great idea. You can set up multiple numbers for all your Friends and Family.
Can I forward calls from my Tpad number?
Yes, just goto your Account Menu and select Call Forwarding and type the number you want your calls to be forwarded to. This means you don’t have to be sat at a PC all day to receive cheap calls, infact if you forward to a mobile then you can leave the country and still receive these calls without paying any roaming costs.
How much will it cost my friends to call my Tpad number?
If they ring from the Tpad Softphone or IP Phone then the call is 100% Free and Unlimited. If they ring via the Tpad IN Numbers then all they will pay is the local charge to ring that area.
Can I lose my Tpad number? Can it be taken away?

Can I get a Tpad number in a different country (from which I reside)?
The Tpad Number is a non-geographic number (its Global) – this means you can use anywhere in the World, no need to buy different numbers if you travel a lot.

How much does a Tpad IN number cost?
The Tpad Break IN Numbers do not cost anything to access; they are open to all our customers and can be seen on this page (www.tpad.com/Tpad-Country-Local-Break-In-Numbers.php). When you ring these numbers from a normal phone you will be charged what ever your Telecom Provider charges to ring that local area, in most cases this is a Local Call (a lot cheaper than ringing an international number!)
Can I use Tpad with an IP Phone or ATA Phone Adapter?

Can I get my Tpad number published in a phone book/directory?
Currently no. When we introduce this facility in the future, you will be offered the possibility to opt-in.
Can I forward calls to my Tpad number to another phone number?

How much does it cost when I call a Pakistan Tpad IN number from a traditional phone line in Pakistan?
It will cost you the price of a local phone call to ring that region, if the number is a Toll Free Number then that call will be totally FREE.
How much does it cost the receiver when I call a Pakistan Tpad IN number from a traditional phone line in Pakistan?
If the receiver of the call answers in the Free Tpad Softphone then it will cost them nothing – totally Free and Unlimited. But if they use the clever option of forwarding the call to their landline / mobile then it will cost them the Tpad Rate to that country ( www.tpad.com/Tpad-Ultra-Cheap-Worldwide -Calling Rates.php) still very cheap.
